this was obviously so unsettling and unlike anything else i’ve seen before. the whole atmosphere was just bizarre. and that score! jesus christ

i read the book she said in jan 2020 and it had such a huge impact on me, and i thought about it for weeks. i think this adaptation has pretty much done it justice and carey & zoe were brilliant, it was handled very well.

oh WOW i loved this so much, it was easily as good as scream 5 and just so much fun if they continue to be this good keep em coming baby

sadly, this got quite a few laughs out of me and i will be watching all of them now….

well fuck me this was sad. like heartbreaking. but i really really really liked it. emma mackey was just brilliant as i thought she would be. as was the rest of the cast actually. i didn’t really know much about any of the brontes and this was just…. so sad. emma mackey will definitely go far i’m sure she definitely stole the show here

midsommar part 2 
i actually had mixed feelings about this. it definitely engaged me and that’s more than any film has done for a while now but the plot was just a bit messy and tiresome in places. florence was incredible she really is one of the best actresses working today and olivia wilde is a really good filmmaker, i think parts of this could’ve been done better/differently. and i do not think harry styles works well in this role so someone else should’ve been cast. but it was entertaining and enjoyable for sure

could my attention span handle a film this long right now? no. was this very enjoyable? yes. also the casting is so good

watching these films when you’re ill is so so comforting
