The Way Of Water hit even harder my second time on world. 

No other film can make me forgot I’m looking at CG, except the first Avatar.  It’s just so goddamn  photorealistic. It’s like I could reach out and feel every texture on screen. 

I crave nothing more than to swim in its second act for the rest of my life. I could find peace there. 

I’m on board for the HFR now. Pandora’s oceans need it and I don’t think 24 fps would have done those underwater sequences justice.  I think there were projector/media server issues causing stuttering the first time around. No stuttering this time.

A Na’vi fires a bazooka on horseback during the first supply raid. That’s pretty much all Big Jim needed to give me and yet, it’s such a minuscule moment that is easily forgotten by the end of the film. 

I will be rewatching this in imax 3D until it makes a trillion dollars just from me.
