Justice for Elisasue

This one surprised me. Equally absolutely gut wrenching as it was uplifting. A very unique and stunning ode to teachers and parental figures, and a very unique approach to alcoholism and all that comes with it.

This could’ve been an email

Saw it again but in IMAX this time, and truly it gets better with another watch. My first watch I was thrilled and overwhelmed, unable to notice a lot of the small dialogue and fulfilling nods to small moments in the book. I’m so interested in how they’ll adapt Messiah

Finally watched this, so weird and fun and gross and appalling and exciting. Loved this and loved the ending

Fuck this

I just sat down to watch this again, and holy shit I forgot how incredible this was. A tragically creative look at the hilarious absurd nature of being alive. Could rave about this for awhile

I went back and watched these recently, and I dont know what insufferable bullshit I was on when I was 12, but these are truly terrible

Theo James scares me

I think this was really well done, a lot of depictions of this story have crammed the Hollywood effect into a very real tragic event that happened. Alive, Yellowjackets, etc. Not slamming those, but I think this movie really captured how scary this was, and how strong they were. This one sat with me for a bit. Insanity

Also, some of those sequences were so creative, like to the point that I was unbelievably uncomfortable. Lots of innovative camera work to show how horrifying that whole endeavor was
