Jeremiah Battle’s review published on Letterboxd:
The Father tells a haunting story. A realistic portrayal of memory loss that seamlessly put on displays how someone who has dementia thinks, see’s the world, and what they go through everyday.
The film places you in this disorientated mind and us as viewers are just as confused and disoriented as the films lead.
Sir Anthony Hopkins gives a performance so masterful in this film. I was blown away by his performance.
