  Uhhhhhhh Natalie Portman isn’t very good in this 🫢 Which is really too bad because I was excited for her to take over the young actor playing her at the beginning because I didn’t care for her very much either. Imagine my surprise at the midpoint!

  Also, SURPRISE MOTHAFUCKA! (Had to)

  Looks great. Starts off in an intriguing enough place and there’s a lot of style, but I’m not really diggin this one. I wish I liked it more because it feels like it’s on the right track to something great. Womp womp ok let’s see that Brutalist.

  Worth noting that the dude next to me (maybe 19/20, very high) was freaking the fuck out the entire time and I felt really bad for him. He was trembling, breathing heavy, rocking in his seat and covering his eyes… I could just feel the regret in his decision to take an edible before watching this in a theater with speakers so loud your whole body is vibrating.

  Absolute banger double feature with Under the Skin. I think today it finally sunk in that SpongeBob gets drunk and hungover in this movie.

  I never got to see this movie in theaters because my father tricked me not once but TWICE. First, he said we’d be seeing this but then actually took my brothers and I (all under the age of 7, mind you) to see THE GRUDGE. I was traumatized.
