Why did I watch this before going to bed?

This is actually a tough one to rate. On one hand there are a bunch of clichés and some very predictable stuff goes down. But on the other hand it's insanely effective as a horror film, and I'm genuinely not sure how I'm supposed to sleep after this. So, I guess it's a 7/10? Conflicted. And scared of every random noise.
