There's a good movie in here somewhere, but the jokes are too random to stick. Unlike with Ghostbusters, there isn't a Harold Ramis to rein in all of Dan Aykroyd's zany ideas.

Now, onto some positives. The giant mutant babies were grotesquely amusing. 2pac (betraying the West Coast by wearing a Yankees jersey) and the Digital Underground show up to do a song. Not the best rap song ever, but it's something.
