For a 1978 audience I would definitely feel like a man could fly because that what this is, it just makes you smile! In modern times they try to make it like he’d struggle to catch a helicopter but in this just one arming it, so awesome
Need to mention the game this man has, essentially just chatted up Lois for half the movie 😭😭
This style of movie is so this age though, the Star Wars, Superman and Blade Runner type of camera shots and the absolutely badass openings of the movie and this score, John Williams is that man the score makes you feel like you are Superman
Christopher Reeve really set the tone for Superman and I think he was brilliant in this and for the character looking forward to continuing my Superman journey for 11 July
