FarrierCollins’s review published on Letterboxd:
The psychedelic colour palette, style and just absolute madness of this movie could only go so far for me. The first hour was a dressed up bore and this didn't capture my interest until the bathroom scene with Nicolas Cage. This got better from that point on but I still felt the effects of that sluggish first half.
Andrea Riseborough is transformative and I thought Cage delivered a good performance. I'm not too familiar with his other movies, but to me this seemed like something you could define his career by.
Not my cup of tea.
