So sad to hear of Lynch’s passing. I feel like Elvis died or something. He was just one of those guys that were so influential on myself and a yogi to many. It’s terrible that we won’t be able to experience a film by him again. Truly upsetting.

Vox Lux 2018
Watched after I got home from seeing The Brutalist. I wanted to see what the director’s other work was like, and you can definitely see his style shining through, but this one completely lost me after the first act. Super interesting and well done at first and then completely nose dives after the time jump.

Absolutely fucking loved it. It’s like if Twin Peaks and Halloween had a love child nobody asked for, but desperately needed. Perfect ending. Perfect ending to this trilogy. Perfect ending for the franchise.
