Sammy won’t stop talking in Channing Tatum’s Gambit Cajun accent, so I have even more reason to dislike this movie now! On second go, Emma Corrin genuinely does a great job with what little they gave her to do! Same with Dafne Keene’s X-23. But again, the script’s just not good at all. Whether that was because of the strike or the sheer amount of fanservice they knew they needed to do… which is a shame bc the first 2’s scripts were pretty structurally solid!

One cameo I really wish they should have gotten if this really is goodbye to the Foxverse was Halle Berry’s Storm who appears in the sweet little tribute in the credits. But I’m assuming Secret Wars is where they’ll trot them out.
