Model 1981
All of Wiseman’s films, that I have seen so far, share a theme of the lack of conclusion; he is an observer of life, and life goes on. Many stories begin but we do not see them end, yet they continue anyway, beyond what we can see. The Brutalist 2024
Starts off okay but as soon as that intermission ends you can tell something is off. Culminates into something completely farcical and almost laughably self serious at times. Attempts so much and achieves so little.
