The action is blistering and the comedy (mostly) lands, but bloody hell is the plot weak & convoluted, with the three main characters being somewhat unlikeable when they're not kicking the shit out of someone else or each-other. Thankfully though it somehow works as a whole despite the shortcomings in its narrative and character arcs (perhaps the biggest of which being Jackie's completely unearned and non-believable romance subplot).
