I seriously need to stop watching disturbing films at midnight. Such a siniester beautiful in such a odd way crafted thriller, with a really uncomfortable intro… I wasn’t expecting that and If I have to be honest that almost made me turn the TV off. This proves that when they use the statement “revenge is sweet” they’re not joking. Such a haunting way to use metaphors through a more scary story. The acting was incredible Amy Adams and Jake Gylenhall never dissapoint, but also Aaron Taylor Johnson was magnificent but such a punchable character. Is insane how past consumes you to the point of breaking down, and the way they portrayed that in such a dense and dark adventure really made me gagged several times, I was truly scared about what was going to happen next, and that ending… is going to stick with me for a while.
