Babylon 2022
This was fine, overall Babylon took a lot of risks that really didn’t pay off. Really bold of Chazelle to open the movie with an elephant shitting all over two people. But that sets the mood for the entire 3 hour run time. An absolutely crazy trip for the whole show.
P.S. Don’t go see this one with your entire family on Christmas Eve.

The Holdovers 2023
Incredibly heartfelt, and perfect for the holiday season. It’s a story that’s incredibly easy to get invested in, and love all the way through. Easily in the running for one of the best movies of 2023, and a film that Giamatti deserves an award for.
