This was so wild it has truly taken me half a day and a sleep to wrap my head around it. Such a unique, batsh*t tale of a truly abhorrent but hilarious group of people, incredibly out of touch with reality. This film oozes with decadence and delusion, a disgusting protagonist that actually makes you feel a miniscule crumb of sympathy for the aristocratic family. What a ride. I'll never listen to Murder on The Dancefloor in the same way, ever again. What a beautiful piece of work Emerald. I need more films like this to shove my face in.
