I already knew this wasn't going to be a specially good film, actually I wasn't even going to watch it, but my little brother insisted so here we are. I only wanted it to be a funny entertaining film with classic fox Deadpool jokes. By the one hand I kinda got exactly that, but on the other hand...

I feel kinda insulted. This film feels hypocritical for me. At the beginning there was a glance of it being self aware of it being a cash grab from Disney only unshelving characters for cheap cameos. Deadpool makes some jokes directly calling that out, but it doesn't mean anything. In structure it is no different from every other MCU film since Endgame, it's boring at times even. The plot is just pointless and an excuse to have the characters appear. That wouldnt be a bother for me if it wasn't taken so seriously. Deadpool will joke about anything but then disappear from screen to give space to a poorly written emotionally scene between characters whose connection comes from other films but in this one it makes no sense.

What I'm saying is that Marvel Studios should just make a film with directly no plot and just a bunch of characters saying stupid things and fighting each other, it would equally please their fans and my intelligence wouldn't feel insulted.
