Remove the supernatural elements from this film, and it’s a film about an introvert who’s been emotionally stunted since middle school trying to find their place in life, hardly has any support team or anyone to relate to, and finds comfort watching television, literally through pink opaque lenses.
Where has this been, because damn its relatability.
