THEY HAD THE DIRECTOR AND A BEAVER!
This film is reminiscent of old slapstick cartoons such as Tom and Jerry for example where they’re able to express their emotions without any dialogue exchange, and they nail this limitation among many!
For the budget they had for this film, they pull off a lot, way more than expected which is great! Tons of gags, action, suspense, mystery, great payoffs, it snowballs once it starts to get going! This is gonna go down as an obscure classic that deserves more viewership. I’m BEGGING for a physical release!
