It’s kind of ironic that I was initially disappointed with this movie for not being what I wanted it to be but after a third watch, I’ve come around to accepting (and liking) it for what it is. But I do really think the going electric thing isn’t as interesting as this movie tries to make it be…

Good movie for proverb enjoyers

Somehow more unsure of it now than I was in August…..? All the performances are genuinely really great but I just don’t know how I feel about there being 26 fucking songs. It’s a little much, even for me. Will probably watch again next week though.
