A strange little rom com featuring Lucie and Desi.  The weirdest part is the fact that James Mason decided to take the part of a guardian angel (very strange choice).

The talent of Martha Graham is immense.  With her direction she is able to achieve what ever ballet dancer wants, freedom and flow within ever step and twist.

This was an enjoyable watch.  Olivia and Bette are wonderful but it’s Leslie Howard who steals the show.  Howard is so funny, I wish he’d had performed more comedic roles.  Who knew I’d laugh so hard at a film made over 80 years ago.

Fred and Ginger are always a good time, the chemistry between the two is unbelievably smooth and natural, it’s almost like their reading each others mind during a dance sequence.  Also, a big shout out to Oscar Levant, that man can play the piano.

Oh, to be young in the late 60s.  The film shows live performances of many famous singers and bands at a music festival in San Francisco.  I love how it documents the people who attended the festival, hippies that were just chilling, high and enjoying music.  Very Groovy.

A slow and at times very boring story, the ensemble cast was the only good thing about the movie.  Elizabeth Taylor looks beautiful as well as a very young Maggie Smith.

A fun, adventurous movie set in Berlin(West Germany) in the 1960s. Disney adapts ‘Emil the Detective’ the classic children’s novel to the screen.  It was neat to see what Berlin looked like 20 years after the war and the child actors did a great job playing detectives.

A kid in the 70s would’ve enjoy the movie.  It hasn’t aged well, the special effects are atrocious even for a film made 50 years ago.

Loved it.  Benny and Lombard give some comic relief at a time when the world needed it.  This movie is one of the funniest from the golden age of cinema.

Out to Sea is a fun and entertaining movie starring two of Hollywood’s favourite comedic actors from the golden age of cinema.  Matthau and Lemmon play off each other beautifully (as always).
