2nd watch, apple tv rental (this time with my gf, her first time). Still unconvinced, feels too hygienic and overcomplicates a plot that is actually not that complicated; only too wordy. Hard to believe there wasn’t a more compact and concise way to tell this story. It would be acceptable if it had something more long lasting to say. Emily Blunt screaming at Cillian Murphy the same lines that my girlfriend and I were screaming at the screen was the best part of this movie for me.
