I don't usually talk spoilers, but man, what a cool twist. Having the protagonist figure out who the killer is, kill him, and then become the killer is such an interesting way to do a murder mystery. I've seen some giallo and giallo-adjacent films before, but this feels like my proper introduction to the subgenre. My first Argento film as well, and all around I'm just very impressed. So many great moments of tension, so many genuinely surprising moments, it's been a long time since a mystery thriller has kept me guessing til the very end. If all of Argento's films are like this, I'm very excited to dive in deeper.
