Watching The Game felt like being thrown into a nightmare I couldn’t wake up from — and I mean that in the best way possible. Michael Douglas is perfect as a man unraveling under the weight of a reality that’s constantly shifting beneath him. Every twist had me second-guessing what I thought I knew, and just when I thought I had it figured out, it pulled me in deeper. Sure, it flirts with going off the rails, but that chaos is what makes it stick. Days later, I’m still thinking about it — and still a little paranoid.

    ★★★

I walked into Saw III expecting gore, but I didn’t expect to be wheezing by the end. That brain surgery scene was so insane I genuinely don’t know if I’ll ever look at a scalpel the same way again. The acting? Questionable. The plot? Unhinged. But somehow, this chaotic mess had me and my friend laughing more than we should’ve. Pure accidental horror-comedy brilliance — and I kind of respect it for that😂.

I love watching horrors at night, it’s been a while since I’ve found myself heading home at 4 a.m. after watching a movie with a friend, feeling this shaken and disturbed—strangely, I almost missed that feeling. Easily the best horror experience of the year so far. All of it could’ve been avoided if they hadn’t let their reckless curiosity take over. Grateful for instinct and self-preservation.

THIS IS CINEMA! Rewatching Casino by Martin Scorsese was the perfect way to start the new year. Even though I’ve seen it before, the story of Las Vegas in the 70s and 80s still amazes me and makes me wish I could have lived in those times. The world of luxury, risk, and ambition is so captivating that it feels impossible to look away. Robert De Niro and Joe Pesci are fantastic, but Sharon Stone’s performance as Ginger stands out the…

    Two Soldiers

    ★★★★½

“Two Soldiers” is such a powerful film that really moved me. The bond between the two soldiers, Arkady and Sasha, feels so real, and you can’t help but feel connected to them. Mark Bernes’ performance is amazing, and I honestly got so emotional during his song “Dark Night”. It’s one of those moments in a movie that just hits you in the gut. The way the film balances humor and deep emotion makes it unforgettable. It’s definitely a classic, and…

This review may contain spoilers. I can handle the truth.

I gave ”Culpa Tuya” two hours of my life, and I honestly can’t believe how disappointing it was. The plot was painfully predictable, the characters lacked any depth, and the emotional scenes felt more forced than heartfelt. I went in hoping for a fresh take on romance or at least some intriguing twists, but instead, it delivered nothing but clichés and surface-level drama. Safe to say, this one won’t be staying with me except as a reminder to choose my movies more carefully.

    A Man Called Otto

    ★★★★★

A Man Called Otto is, to me, an extraordinary film witty, touching, and deeply human. It masterfully weaves humor with heartbreak, showing how love and connection can transform even the heaviest burdens. The diverse cast and their intertwined lives remind us of the beauty in helping and understanding one another. This story isn’t just about loss or redemption it’s about truly living, here and now, with purpose and compassion. Rarely has a film resonated with me on such a profound level. Bravo to the cast, crew, and the author of A Man Called Ove for creating something so unforgettable.

“I was a bride. My dreams were taken from me, now I’ve stolen them from someone else. I love you Victor… But you’re not mine.”

This quote hits me deeply because it mirrors a moment in my life. I cared for someone who didn’t feel the same and encouraged them to follow their heart, even though it shattered mine. Like Emily, I loved selflessly, knowing they weren’t mine.

Emily’s story in Corpse Bride is more than a tale of heartbreak;…
