Ferdinandus IV (natus Vindobonae die 8 Septembris 1633 - ibi obiit die 9 Iulii 1654) fuit ab anno 1653 usque ad mortem imperator Sacri Romani Imperii, ab anno 1646 rex Boemiae ab inseguenti anno rex Hungariae.
Ferdinandus senior filius imperatori Ferdinandi III et Maria Anna Hispaniae (filia regis Philippi III) iam anno 1652 successor eius designatus est. Die 18 Maii 1653 solemnis imperator creatus et die 18 Iunii coronatum est, sed insequenti anno Ferdinandus propter variolam obiit.
