In a bowl, mix:
95g canned tuna in springwater
1/4 cucumber, chopped
1 celery stick, chopped
1/4 small red onion, chopped
1 teaspoon fresh parsley, chopped
1 tablespoon greek yoghurt 
1 teaspoon dijon mustard 
Pinch of salt and pepper

Evenly smash 1/2 avocado onto rice cakes. Then add tuna salad to rice cakes. Top with chilli flakes (optional). Enjoy!

*you can prep the tuna mixture in advance
