Journal of Urban Research is an Open Access peer-reviewed journal specializing in all areas of architecture, urban design, urban planning, housing, infrastructure planning, environmental planning, landscape architecture and planning, regional development and planning, historic conservation and preservation, urban area upgrading, regional and urban strategies, and policies, etc.". Established and founded by Cairo University, Faculty of Urban and Regional Planning, and co-publishing with the Egyptian Knowledge Bank (EKB) starting from 2021. With this journal, the university hopes to promote excellence in the field of Urban through the dissemination of exceptional and outstanding research produced by regional and international researchers and scientific practitioners.
Journal of Urban Research will be published quarterly, the journal comprising original research articles, review articles.
