Charles Hill Mailes (25 Mei 1870 – 17 Februari 1937) adalah seorang pemeran asal Kanada pada era film bisu. Lahir di Halifax, Nova Scotia pada 1870, Mailes tampil dalam 290 film antara 1909 dan 1935. Ia menikahi pemeran Claire McDowell pada 1906 dan pasangan tersebut tampil dalam sejumlah film bisu bersama termasuk The Mark of Zorro (1920). Mereka memiliki dua putra, Robert dan Eugene. Ia meninggal di Los Angeles, California, pada 1937.
