"I searched for recipes with "red yeast rice cakes" and found a fat cake made with sake brewed (sticky) rice flour, or sweet oil rice made with red yeast rice and glutinous rice.
What I want to make is a dumpling made with sake brewed and glutinous rice. So I'm just ~ free to play! 😂
