Sambahsa o Sambahsa-Mundialect es un lingua artificial international auxiliar (IAL) construite per le linguista francese Olivier Simon.[1] In le categoria de IALs, illo es considerate como un mundolingua. Illo se basa sur le lingua Proto-Indo-Europee (PIE) e ha un grammatica relativemente complexe.[2][3] Le lingua esseva prime publicate in le Internet in julio 2007; ante isto, le creator assevera haber laborate in illo durante octo annos. Le prime parte del nomine del lingua, Sambahsa, es componite de duo parolas ex le proprie lingua, sam e bahsa, que significa 'ipse' e 'lingua', respectivemente. Mundialect, a su vice, es un fusion de mundial 'global' e dialecto 'dialecto'.

Sambahsa essaya preservar le orthographia original del parolas tanto quanto possibile, lo que rende su orthographia complexe, benque totevia regular.[5] Il ha quatro casos grammatic: nominative, accusative, dativ, e genitiv.[6]

Sambahsa, ben que basate sur le PIE, adhibi un bon proportione de su vocabulario ex linguas como arabe, chines, indonesian, swahili, e turc, que appartine a varie altere familias linguisticas.[1]
