Damaged Trade-In

To be eligible for the latest phone model, you’re responsible for making sure the phone you ship to us is in good working order. If there’s damage to your phone, you’ll have to pay the full retail price. We strongly recommend getting Boost Protect at checkout as it covers you in the event of phone loss, theft, accidental damage and out-of-warranty mechanical or electrical breakdown.

You don’t want to put yourself at risk and miss out on your free phone upgrade because of a cracked phone. Keep in mind, upgrading to the latest phone every year isn’t required. If your phone is damaged and you aren’t covered by insurance, you can continue to use that phone for the full 36-month lease or until it’s paid off. After that, you’re free to upgrade to the latest model with no trade-in required.
