Hallo! π
I'm a software developer from the Netherlands. My primary focus is web technologies and things around them.
Here are some open-source projects I'm working on:
KeeWeb
Free password manager compatible with KeePass. The goal of the project is to have a free password manager with polished design that works right in your browser without the need to install anything.
github.com/keeweb/keeweb, keeweb.info
There's also a dedicated project page on OpenCollective, you can support it there if you prefer.
KdbxWeb
JavaScript library for working with KeePass files. It's used in KeeWeb, however, unlike other alternatives, it has a liberal MIT license, which allows other developers to build their projects based on it.
Argon2 for browsers
Argon2 password hashing function compiled to WebAssembly for browsers, as well as node.js.
github.com/antelle/argon2-browser
node-stream-zip
Node.js library for reading and extraction of large ZIP archives designed to work with huge files that don't fit into memory.
github.com/antelle/node-stream-zip
XCode-Dark theme for IntelliJ
Dark theme and color scheme for IntelliJ IDEA and other editors inspired by the default dark theme in XCode.
github.com/antelle/intellij-xcode-dark-theme
Other
I have some more projects here, check them out: github.com/antelle.
Where does the money go?
There is no plan to have any kind of paid subscription or annoying ads in my apps, services, and other things I'm sharing with the community. However there are some costs, for example, think about:
- domain names;
- code signing certificates for Windows and macOS;
- paid developer account subscriptions;
- resources for testing on different platforms;
- licenses for software used to build all this;
- hardware tokens for storing private keys;
- researching alternatives available on the market.
Apart from this, a lot of time and attention spent on answering questions, providing support, debugging, reviewing code, and so on.
Thank you! β€οΈ
