Error on starting (Qt plaform plugin related)

Hello. My launcher ran into a problem - while launching,it leaves a error "This application faile to start because no Qt platform plugin could be initialized. Reinstalling the application may fix the problem".

I tried reinstalling,didnt helped. I tried other version,didnt helped. I tried compact and installer, both didnt helped
The same error is when launching it from the console. Nothing helps,i already tried everything i was able to.
