Error: 403 Forbidden when using percy build:wait --fail-on-changes

Hello!
When trying to implement the command percy build:wait --build $BITBUCKET_BUILD_NUMBER --fail-on-changes in our pipelines we are receiving the following error:

[percy:cli] Error: 403 Forbidden
{"errors":[{"status":"forbidden"}]}

Our token is updated (full-access token) and being retrieved correctly.

We are using:
Bitbucket cloud
"@percy/cli": "1.29.3",
"@percy/cypress": "3.1.2"

Any hints of what could the issue?
