[Feature-Request] - Blur levels

Thanks a lot for making this software, is really easy and simple to use and I love it!

If it's possible, can you please add an option to increase/decrease the blue levels?

I also stumbled over this: applying blur once did not make text completely unreadable (and I would assume not unrecoverable by specialized tools). It would be nice if blur could result in relative big "blocks" of pixel so it's much harder to read the text :-(
