Brigitte is fifteen years old when she poses for the cover of a brand-new magazine, ELLE. She is quickly scouted by Vadim, the young assistant of the prestigious director Marc Allégret,

Vadim shoots his first film - And God Created Woman. The heroine, Juliette, is heavily inspired by Brigitte.

Brigitte's agents and producers are ecstatic as she goes from one film to another. She also meets her idol, singer Gilbert Bécaud.

Brigitte is heartbroken from the loss of her Grandfather, and is surrounded by her family and close friends. When she discovers she is pregnant, she calls Vadim for help.

Brigitte is three months pregnant and nobody on set must know. Panicked once more by the idea of being alone during her pregnancy, she makes up with Jacques.

Brigitte concentrates on preparing for The Truth, the choice of her future partner, and her ambiguous relationship with the director.
