*update: I am glad the store reached out to me and let me know they had some problems with the power box...so they had to open the store late.
I don't know if they are short staff or what...we tried to get some tea around 11 and found out that they won't open till 4pm Friday and Saturday...
I don't know how they can operate like this with short hours especially now they have more boba shops in orange.Helpful 3Thanks 1Love this 0Oh no 011 nov. 2023Avis précédentI love ding tea and especially this location. The staff here is super friendly and the drinks are good. You can customize to the way you want. The boba here is chewy and sweet not hard...parking is free!!! They also do reward program.

The order usually was pretty quick and you can already adjust the sweetness, amount of ice etc. and they used to have the points system but since pandemic, not sure if they are still doing it. You would get free upgrade or topping for free when they have a promotion or when you collected enough points.

Service is always top tier at this location! Finding parking is never a problem since theres a large lot. Drinks are consistent and you have to get boba add on! They use brown sugar boba and the chewy factor is perfect. My favorite drinks are the signature milk tea or the winter melon milk tea. There are some food options like popcorn chicken and fries which are on a side menu.
Side note: this location has some arcade games available which I think is a cool addition to the boba shop.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Phu Q.Rosemead, États-Unis121013 juin 2024

If, like me, Ding Tea is one of your favorite chains to get a milk tea you certainly won't be disappointed by this location.
It's located in an older strip mall (so plenty of parking). The interior is cool with its all-black decor. You'll find seating at several small tables and a counter at the window. The young woman who took my order was soft spoken and cordial. I got my usual order of a Hokkaido Oolong Milk Tea with boba.
The drink was perfectly made at the exact sweetness level I like. The boba must have just been made as those soft, little squishy guys were a delight to my tongue.
This is one of my more favorite Ding Tea locations I've visited.Helpful 5Thanks 3Love this 7Oh no 0 - 16 mars 2024
On my way home from shopping at the circle
In Orang I needed a slight pick me up and not coffee.
To save time I ordered my drink on Yelp and it was ready within the 3 minutes it took me to get round the cafe.
Looks like a fun spot when busy. Arcade games when you enter, a clean space and tasty drinks.
Ordered a matcha oat latte with seal salt foam. The matcha was not very strong so if you want a heavy taste of matcha this might be a bit light. The foam was not thick but a very light texture. I did not have any boba or toppings, just the milk tea itself.
The gals working at the register were nice. Plenty of parking in the lot.Helpful 1Thanks 1Love this 2Oh no 0 - 3632955128 juil. 2024
Decisions, decisions...used Yelp to narrow down my choice and it was DELICIOUS enter Taro Latte. The atmosphere is extremely chill, don't think it's meant for hanging out. And the service was quick, so we were in and out within minutes. Perfect for the quick the pit spot.

3/26/23 at 1530, I decided to do my weekly routine with family to buy Ding Tea after visiting the grandparents. Never had a problem 'till today. Felt like the worker was rushing and not paying attention with the drink I ordered. The place was not busy, there was no line aside from online orders. As I said, I've been going here so I didn't feel the need to do my due diligence of trying my drink before heading home all the way to Thousand Oaks. To cut the story short, I took 2 sips, and that's it for me. It tasted horrible. What a waste of a large drink. Whoever made the drink forgot ingredients.
What I ordered: monster boba latte
What it tasted like: milk, water, ice and boba.
There was no creamy flavor, and it absolutely tasted like they skimped on the brown sugar completely.
Picture for reference--looks almost like pure milkHelpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 2 - shahram k.Orange, États-Unis1437010012 avr. 2024

I have to update my review bc their drinks are solid and consistent and their boba is always perfectly soft and chewy. This place is the best boba is Orange! Do not make the mistake of going anywhere else in Orange.

I don't really like smoothies or slushees; just the classic milk tea. I like a full bodied tea flavor. I really appreciate the distinct tea flavor, so much so I don't even get it sweetened anymore. And of course I love BOBA! Many places don't get it right. It's too mushy or too hard...sometimes stale. Or very inconsistent in flavor and chewiness in the same batch. Anyways that being said, I love Ding tea especially this one and the one by Disneyland. Their signature milk teas are always good and the boba balls are on point! Just makes sure that you adjust the sweetness accordingly. I find the regular recipe to be over the top sweet. But I guess that's the beauty of the place you can adjust everything about your drink and they don't give you a major stink eye when you ask them to split a large drink for my kids. They might not have fancy schmancy boba drinks, but all their drinks are good and their boba milk tea is my favorite and it's solid in all the things that matter!
