Game 81: Avs vs. Predators, 4/7/07

Pretty much the same thing as last game. The Avs must win (yet again), and hope that a miracle happens and the Oilers can beat the Flames. That game starts an hour after ours, just like the 2 games yesterday. So we'll see what happens. GO AVS!!

good game so far 1-1 in the second we obviously need this one but im not that nervous, I think their on a mission and can't be stopped.

hopefully the oilers can take care of business tonight even though they have nothing to play for

held the 2-1 lead into the 3rd period but then just ran out of juice and lost the game (might not have mattered anyways cuz calgary is up 2-1 tonight already), but regardless, it was a good run by the avs to end the year, just too little too late. looking forward to next year already though!!

ugh, well oilers came back and won 3-2, which means all we needed was 1 point tonight, and unfortunately did not get it. still proud of the run the team made, but man, it woulda been nice to have tomorrow be the deciding game. woulda been an exciting close to the season by hosting a game that coulda got us into the playoffs. oh well though, what can ya do.
