Triumf Health
Mental Health Care
Empowering children's mental resilience through innovative, evidence-based gaming
About us
Evidence-based mental health management game Triumfland Saga for children aged 7-12. The onset of more than 50% of mental disorders happens before the age of 14, which makes targeting prevention and promotion towards children and young people important. However, existing healthcare services fall short in their ability to prevent long-term negative impact on child and adolescent health. Consequently, only 1 in 4 children with mental health issues receives treatment at the moment. Digital medicine is highly relevant when it comes to youth mental health in two fundamental aspects: detection of emerging mental illness and providing youth-friendly treatment. Our DTx platform combines psychosocial research, validated psychological techniques and data analytics to assess, monitor as well as support the mental health of children and induce the creation of healthy habits during gameplay. Unlike most other commercially available digital health solutions, the digital intervention is based on the Self-Determination Theory of motivation and behaviour change. Through a game environment, research-based content is delivered to educate, monitor and support children in a personalised manner. Triumfland Saga is available in 9 languages: English, French, Spanish, Ukrainian, Estonian, Finnish, Swedish, Romanian, Russian. For parents, we offer a subscription-based model where they can access and use Triumfland Saga on a monthly basis. This allows parents to provide their children with ongoing mental health support and engagement. Additionally, we offer annual licenses to educational institutions or hospitals and governments. These licenses provide access to Triumfland Saga for a specified period, enabling these organizations to incorporate the game into their programs and services. By offering annual licenses, we provide a cost-effective solution for institutions to integrate our mental health game into their existing offerings and reach a larger number of children in need.

Mental Health and Entrepreneurship 🧠 We hosted our second Deep Tech Afternoon of the year not long ago. Over the years, dozens of entrepreneurs have participated in this event series, which originated from the Sparkup Incubator program. However, they all share a common goal: to remain mentally strong on the challenging journey of being a startup founder. This time, we focused on mental health. We invited seasoned experts Aleksander Tõnnisson, Madis Lehtmets, and Kadri Haljas, PhD to join our fireside chat and share their insights and experiences with the community. Thank you for sharing your stories! 💛 “Startups that invest in their employees' mental health create stronger, more resilient teams where innovation and creativity can thrive. Mentally balanced people can focus better, collaborate effectively, and face the ever-changing challenges of the business world,” notes Hanna-Liis Remmelg, head of the Sparkup Tartu Science Park Business Incubator. Thank you to everyone who joined us, and we hope you left with some valuable takeaways. 💡 📸: Lisette Lill

Ukraine 💙💛 I am back from a week in Ukraine and the collaboration between #Estonia and #Ukraine serves as a shining example of how technology and international cooperation can truly transform education! What makes me especially proud is seeing how #mentalhealth is being addressed in the educational sector and how our very own #mentalhealth game Triumfland Saga alongside our teacher training course Wellbeing Triumf is successfully implemented in almost 100 schools in Ukraine. We at Triumf Health hope to reach all kids in Ukraine so they would learn to manage their mental health through our evidence-based game. I am grateful for all the fruitful discussions we had with minister Kristina Kallas (Ministry of Education and Research of Estonia / Haridus- ja Teadusministeerium) and minister Oksen Lisovyi and deputy minister Dmytro Zavgorodnii (Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine). I strongly believe that Estonia provides a unique concept of education innovation where promoted mental wellbeing creates the basis of excellent academic achievement. That being said, it's wonderful to have Peep Jahilo as the Ambassador-at-large for Education to support Estonian education export. I would also like to congratulate the board members of EdTech Ukraine Association Nataliya Limonova, Esben Trier, Yuriy Balkin, Denis Skrypka on a very successful launch of the organization! It was an honor for EdTech Estonia to sign the Memorandum of Understanding with you! I'm sure that fruitful collaboration is ahead! I am more than grateful to our business diplomat Reelika Virunurm from Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Estonia and Ando Rehemaa from the Embassy of Estonia in Kyiv for organizing a successful business delegation visit. The event was funded by the European Union - NextGenerationEU. It was a wonderful visit for us all from EdTech Estonia including Liis Siiroja (KideoCall) Rasmus Gross (ELIIS Education Software), Omari Loid (Praktikal), Jüri-Mikk Udam (kood/Jõhvi), Asko Berens (Navicup). It was a pleasure to reconnect with the wonderful Anu-Mall Naarits (Visionest Institute) changing the business landscape in Ukraine with export training. I would like to also thank Ülle Must from Haridus- ja Noorteamet / Education and Youth Board of Estonia for inviting me to give a talk as part of the Estonian Centre for International Development (ESTDEV) project "The Path to Excellence: Promoting an Effective and Reliable Higher Education System in Ukraine". Mari-Liisa Parder, it was an honor to share the stage with you! Slava Ukraini! #FromThePeopleOfEstonia

Today is World Mental Health Day, a global moment to come together and talk about mental health. It's important to remember that mental health matters, and by checking in with friends, family, and colleagues, we can help each other navigate life’s challenges. Conversations about mental health create space for support, understanding, and resilience. At Triumf Health, we are doing our best to contribute to mental health support globally. In Ukraine, nearly 80 schools are using our Triumf methodology, which includes the Triumfland Saga mental health game for children and the Wellbeing Triumf online course for teachers. We are excited to see children and teachers actively engaging with these tools to improve their mental health and well-being. We are proud to share a video from our colleagues in Ukraine that highlights the meaningful work being done there. Let’s use this day—and every day—as an opportunity to prioritise mental health. #WorldMentalHealthDay #MentalHealthMatters #TriumflandSaga #WellbeingTriumf #MentalHealthAwareness #GlobalMentalHealth #TriumfHealth #Education #teamtriumf

October is World Mental Health Month, and this year’s theme is "It is time to prioritise mental health in the workplace." As the world increasingly recognises the importance of mental well-being, the workplace must also evolve to support the mental health of its employees. A focus on mental health leads to happier, more resilient teams and better overall outcomes. At Triumf Health, we're committed to fostering mental well-being through our solutions. Our main solution, Triumfland Saga, is an evidence-based mobile game that helps children build resilience and develop mental health management skills from an early age. By starting young, we lay the foundation for healthier future generations. We’re also empowering educators with our Wellbeing Triumf online course, designed to help teachers better understand mental health, take care of themselves, and navigate these conversations with students. With the right knowledge and tools, educators can create a supportive environment for both themselves and the children they work with. Let’s make this month a turning point in prioritising mental well-being across all areas of life—from the classroom to the workplace. #WorldMentalHealthMonth #MentalHealthInTheWorkplace #TriumflandSaga #WellbeingTriumf #MentalHealthAwareness #TeacherSupport #TriumfHealth

By equipping children with the tools they need to manage their emotions, build resilience, and foster empathy, we’re contributing to healthier and happier generations.
