    Assignment of Judges to Chambers

    2009/C 267/12

    On 7 October 2009 the Plenary Meeting of the Court of First Instance decided, in response, first, to Mr Kanninen and Mr Schwarcz’s taking up of their duties as Judges and, secondly, to Ms Wiszniewska-Białecka’s election as President of the First Chamber, to amend the decisions of the Plenary Meetings of 25 September 2007, 8 July and 17 September 2008 on the assignment of the Judges to Chambers.

    For the period from 7 October 2009 to 31 August 2010 the Judges are assigned to Chambers as follows:

     

    First Chamber (Extended Composition), sitting with five Judges:

    Ms Wiszniewska-Białecka, President of the Chamber, Mr Dehousse, Ms Jürimäe, Mr Soldevila Fragoso and Mr Kanninen, Judges.

     

    First Chamber, sitting with three Judges:

     

    Ms Wiszniewska-Białecka, President of the Chamber;

     

    Mr Dehousse, Judge;

     

    Mr Kanninen, Judge.

     

    Second Chamber (Extended Composition), sitting with five Judges:

    Ms Pelikánová, President of the Chamber, Mr Dehousse, Ms Jürimäe, Mr Soldevila Fragoso and Mr Kanninen, Judges.
