Single Sign-on Support πŸ”

We are pleased to share that in addition to Sign in with Google and Sign in with Microsoft, we now support custom SSO providers.

  • You can add a SAML SSO provider to your subscription, allowing your users to sign in to Endear more safely and securely.

Faster Messaging with the Option to Unsend πŸ“¨

You can now send messages with zero wait time!

  • Once you hit send on your message, a pop up notification will appear in the bottom right hand corner.

  • You will have the option to undo your message send for 15 seconds.

  • Clicking "Undo" will save your message in the Drafts folder.

  • If the pop is closed, the message will continue sending as normal.

  • You can continue using Endear as your message sends.

Switching between user accounts is easier and faster than ever! You no longer need to log in and log out, you can toggle between accounts with one simple click.

To switch accounts:

  • Select "Switch Accounts" from the left hand pane.

  • Select your user.

  • Enter your credentials.

Dashboards Updates πŸ“Š

We've added some exciting updates to our Dashboards Beta!

  • Date range filter: You can now filter an entire dashboard directly from the top of the Dashboards page to display a specific date or date range that interests you. You no longer need to edit each individual card on the page.

  • Team and User filters: Dashboards can now be filtered down to a specific team or user allowing you to easily gain more insight on an individual level.

  • Metric totals: Data tables will now show a total value at the top for each metric column.

  • "Other" category in donut charts: You will see a new "Other" category when customizing a donut chart and limiting your view to a certain set of results. You can hover over each section in the chart to see the breakdown in count and percentage for each category.

Please note: Once you navigate to another page your customized filters will reset to their default settings.

Brand Name Added to Initial Texts πŸ“±

All SMS campaign messages must clearly identify your brand in order to be set live.

This change has been made in order to comply with SMS regulation and provider policies. By including your brand's name, customers will be able to clearly identify messages that come from you or your team and avoid being flagged as spam.

New default opt-out text

  • In order to ease the transition, the default opt-out text for SMS messages now includes the "{{brand.name}}" merge field.

  • Including your brand's name in the opt-out message is sufficient to comply, and no action is required if you use the default opt-out messages.

  • If you would like to remove the brand name from your opt-out messages, you may; however, you must include either your brand's name verbatim or include the "{{brand.name}}" merge field in your campaign message.

You can change your default opt-out text per team anytime by visiting your team settings.
