Get in
[edit]By train
[edit]There are several trains daily from Lublin. If coming from Warsaw you will likely change trains in Lublin. The 1 Main train station is a bit outside of the old part. There are, however, two direct trains from the capital: at 13:40 (arriving in Chełm at 17:33) and also a few hours later the Warsaw to Kyiv train stops in Chełm at 20:05. To Warsaw, the direct trains are in the wee hours.
There is also the smaller 2 Chełm Miasto station which is slightly closer to the old town. Check in advance if the train you want to take stops here.
By bus
[edit]There are frequent bus connections from Lublin. The 3 Bus station is just on the edge of the old part of the town.
