The second paragraph needs to be revised and rewritten in past tense. It appears to be out of date, if not downright false, as at least one of the references states that Italiano and Scheuermann were tried by a federal court and acquitted.LineChaser (talk) 19:41, 9 April 2013 (UTC)[reply]
