About this page Use this page to request the committee open an arbitration case. To be accepted, an arbitration request needs 4 net votes to "accept" (or a majority). Arbitration is a last resort. WP:DR lists the other, escalating processes that should be used before arbitration. The committee will decline premature requests. Requests may be referred to as "case requests" or "RFARs"; once opened, they become "cases". Before requesting arbitration, read the arbitration guide to case requests. Then click the button below. Complete the instructions quickly; requests incomplete for over an hour may be removed. Consider preparing the request in your userspace. To request enforcement of an existing arbitration ruling, see Wikipedia:Arbitration/Requests/Enforcement. To clarify or change an existing arbitration ruling, see Wikipedia:Arbitration/Requests/Clarification and Amendment.

Assassination of Meir Kahane
Initiated by SoaringLL (talk) at 01:48, 12 July 2021 (UTC)
Involved parties
- SoaringLL (talk · contribs · deleted contribs · logs · filter log · block user · block log), filing party
- Shadybabs (talk · contribs · deleted contribs · logs · filter log · block user · block log)
- Volunteer Marek (talk · contribs · deleted contribs · logs · filter log · block user · block log)
- Confirmation that all parties are aware of the request
- Confirmation that other steps in dispute resolution have been tried
It wouldn't make sense to open a discussion in the talk page, since those two editors are determined to insert this POV and keep edit-warring.
Statement by SoaringLL
Shadybabs and Volunteer Marek are practically edit-warring to introduce POV WP:labels in Assassination of Meir Kahane (see here, here, here, here, here, here, here and here), despite the fact that Wikipedia doesn't use loaded words like "terrorist" unless it's attributed to a specific country or organization that make such designation, and only when that information is relevant, appropriate for the reader to know and directly related to the topic. I request the intervention of an administrator. I don't see how we can solve this dispute without edit-warring and at this point it's really hard for me to assume good faith.--SoaringLL (talk) 01:48, 12 July 2021 (UTC)
- Thanks, but I'd like an administrator to review this case. Is that possible?--SoaringLL (talk) 02:15, 12 July 2021 (UTC)

- @SoaringLL: The links in the section about dispute resolution all look like page edits. They do not look like posts to WP:DRN or WP:AN or WP:EWN. I think you want the edit warring noticeboard. This is not the place to report edit warring. --Deepfriedokra (talk) 02:03, 12 July 2021 (UTC)
- If user conduct is the issue, you should report it at WP:AN/I --Deepfriedokra (talk) 02:05, 12 July 2021 (UTC)
- Also, you should always assume good faith. Especially for those with strong personalities. --Deepfriedokra (talk) 02:14, 12 July 2021 (UTC)
- I did and I told you the place is WP:ANI. This is for ArbCom. Cheers, --Deepfriedokra (talk) 02:17, 12 July 2021 (UTC)
