Then he approached Srikanth through his [[business partner]] Ravi Mantha. Ravi Mantha (played by Sharad Kelkar in the film, also the narrator) was also instrumental in getting Tushar the rights to make the film on Srikanth Bolla, who had initially given the rights to another Bollywood [[film director|director]] [[Rakeysh Omprakash Mehra]].
