The photo details give a lot of information about the location, suggesting that it was taken opportunistically by the roadside and its hybrid nature was determined by the photographer. However no details are given about the background of the animal

While this animal does look a little goat-like, there are many breeds of sheep which do look quite goat-like. I can see nothing in this animal which would not be entirely consistent with a breed such as Barbados Blackbelly.

This photo should not be used to illustrate sheep-goat hybrid without independent, competent confirmation by a biologist, based on proper examination of its chromosomes. Richard New Forest (talk) 22:17, 23 November 2018 (UTC)[reply]
