As taken from the Walmart logo justification. I feel that this qualifies for fair use because

1. It is being used for informational purposes only;
2. It is the logo of a company for which no equivalent free alternative exists or could be created without infringing on copyright;
3. It does not infringe upon the original copyright holder's ability to profit from the media;
