Français : Le texte est d’inspiration coranique. Il est interrompu par un blason tripartite, celui du sultan Jaqmaq, employé par plusieurs de ses émirs. La multiplication des registres horizontaux barrant les hampes des lettres est caractéristique de la graphie cursive thuluth d’époque mamluke. Cette frise a été restaurée grâce au mécénat de Frédéric Jousset
