Description Reflection in mirror of the Dr Tom Bowes exhibit at Herne Bay Museum and Gallery. T.A. Bowes (1869-1954)was a local medical doctor and antiquarian who helped found the Herne Bay Records Society and Museum, which was later named Herne Bay Museum.
