Rationale of fair use for Daredevil (film)
[edit]1. The image is a montage comparison of the same scene as depicted in two screenshots from the film release of Daredevil (film), originally created by New Regency and 20th Century Fox, and intended for wide distribution. The left side being taken from the Bonus disc of the 2-Disc Special Edition, and the right side of the screenshot being taken from the film itself.
2. The screenshots are of lower resolution than the original film and the comic book (copies made from it will be of inferior quality).
3. No free or public domain images have been located for the screenshots.
4. The screenshots do not limit the copyright owners' rights to distribute the film in any way.
5. The screenshots are being used for informational purposes only, and its use is not believed to detract from the original film in any way.
